Which Islands do you sail to?
We operate regular fast ferry lines to the Islands, Hvar, Brac, Solta, Mljeta and Korcula.
Can I change or cancel my booking for free?
Yes — we offer free changes and cancellations within our policy timeframe (check the exact window shown during booking or in your confirmation). No fees apply, and you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method if eligible. This is far more flexible than standard policies of booking platforms, where changes often cost 25–50% or aren’t allowed at all.
Can I amend my ticket (change date, time, passenger, or route)?
Yes, amendments are free within the allowed timeframe. Use the link in your confirmation email for self-service where possible, or contact us directly. No extra charges — we aim to make adjustments easy and cost-free.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. We provide mobile/digital tickets with a QR code. Simply show it on your phone at boarding — it’s quick, paperless, and fully accepted.
How early should I arrive at the port?
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before departure to allow time for boarding and any security checks. In peak season, aim for 30 minutes if you want to grab a window seat.
What is the luggage allowance?
One standard suitcase up to 20 kg and a backpack / smaller bag are included free per passenger. Extra or oversized items may have a small fee — details appear during booking, or ask our team in advance.
What happens if the ferry is delayed or canceled (e.g., due to weather)?
High-speed ferries run year-round but can be impacted by weather. If the operator cancels or significantly delays the sailing, you’ll receive a full refund or rebooking option automatically. We track schedules in real time and notify booked passengers promptly via email or SMS.
Are there child, infant, or family discounts?
Yes — children aged 3–12 receive discounted tickets, and children under 3 travel free (usually lap-held). Select the correct passenger types when booking to see accurate prices.
What should I do if I miss my ferry?
Missed departures are generally non-refundable unless due to operator issues. Contact us immediately — we’ll help find the next available sailing or explore options based on your situation.
Are there any hidden fees or booking charges?
No hidden fees — the price you see includes everything (ticket + any applicable taxes). What you select is what you pay.
